Ray
Founder & CEO, Troop Deals

Ray is the founder and CEO of Troop Deals, a platform connecting veterans with exclusive discounts. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he co-founded Northend Organic Nursery in Boise, Idaho, leading sustainable horticulture initiatives. Ray also earned a Private Pilot license and Inspector Authorization from Aero-Tecnicians, and served as an international advisor for Sustainable Services LLC, consulting on sustainable fertilizers and soil health. He pursued credits in Aviation Administration at Purdue University and holds an Associate of Science degree from Vincennes University. Ray's diverse background underscores his commitment to community, sustainability, and supporting fellow veterans.

Chief Marketing Officer, Troop Deals

Monique keeps Ray razor-sharp and Troop Deals optimizing operations. With over 20 years of experience in media as a presenter and actress, she’s also a seasoned entrepreneur. Her ventures include founding a booking agency for creative freelancers, a luxury baby and toddler e-commerce site, and an online magazine focused on beauty, fashion, lifestyle, business, and travel. Monique studied Theatre and Theatre Education, Social Legal Services, and Media and Entertainment Management, and served as Ecosystem Manager for an international listing platform. Monique brings vision, strategy, and relentless drive to the team.
